Compressed air drops to a machine
From drawings to the plant floor

The finished job: compressed air drops to a machine.

What we do

The air and water that keep your line running

New systems, expansions and machine drops, scheduled for when they'll least affect production.

02

Loop systems

A closed-loop main feeds each machine from both directions, for less pressure drop at the far end of the plant.

01

Compressed air piping

Plant-wide compressed air distribution and drops to each machine, new or extending the system you already have.

03

Compressor installation

We set the compressor and tie it into the air system and electrical power: one contractor for all of it.

04

Process water

Process water piping to serve your machines, with supply and return lines.

05

Process water loops

Water loops with valves, flanges and pressure gauges, ready to grow with your line.

06

Expansions and line changes

New drops, relocations and modifications to existing systems when you add or move machines.

Building or expanding in Mexico?

Your contractor on the ground in Mexico

Opening a new plant, adding a line, relocating equipment from the US or shipping a machine to a customer in Mexico? We handle the installation on site: to your specs, in English and fully compliant.

01

New plants and expansions

Nearshoring to Monterrey, Saltillo or San Luis Potosí? We build out power distribution, compressed air and process water for your facility and set your equipment in time for start of production.

02

OEMs, machine builders and integrators

We're the local installation crew for equipment builders: we receive, rig, set, anchor and level your machines and hook them up to power and air, ready for your service engineer's startup.

03

Line relocations from the US

Moving a production line south? We receive it at the plant, rig it into position, reassemble it and reconnect utilities, coordinating with your team back home.

04

Compliance, handled

We're REPSE registered, as Mexican law requires of specialized-service contractors since 2021. That protects your Mexican entity from joint liability and keeps the expense deductible. Our crews are IMSS enrolled and DC-3 certified.

06

FAQ

How much does a compressed air installation cost?

It depends on the length of pipe, the diameter, the material, the number of drops and whether a compressor is included. The site walk is free and, on most projects, you'll have our quote within 24 hours.

What is a compressed air loop, and why use one?

It's a closed-loop main. Air reaches each machine from both directions, so pressure drops less at the far points, and new drops can be added without rebuilding the system.

What piping do you use for compressed air?

We work with aluminum compressed air piping systems, steel pipe and whatever material your plant specifies. During the site walk we'll recommend the right one based on pressure, flow and planned growth.

Do you install compressors?

Yes. We set the compressor, tie it into the air system and handle its electrical installation. Because we're also electrical contractors, you don't have to coordinate two vendors.

Do you install process water piping?

Yes. We install process water piping and loops to serve your machines, with supply and return lines, valves and pressure gauges.

Can you extend an existing system?

Yes. We handle expansions, new drops and relocations on existing systems, and we schedule tie-ins for when they'll least affect production.

Are your crews certified?

Yes. Our crews hold STPS DC-3 certifications for work at height and aerial lifts, are enrolled in IMSS (Mexican Social Security) and work under each plant's permits. We're REPSE registered.

Can you work during plant shutdowns or on weekends?

Yes, that's when we're busiest: line shutdowns, holidays, weekends, plant vacations and third shift, so your production doesn't stop.

Can we work with you in English?

Yes. Our project manager and site supervisors speak English, and we send quotes, schedules and progress reports in English.

Where do you work?

In Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, the Monterrey metro area and San Luis Potosí. If your plant is elsewhere in Mexico, reach out and we'll talk it through.

Can you quote in US dollars?

Yes, in USD or MXN. We invoice through TS Contratistas, S.A. de C.V. with a CFDI e-invoice and work with purchase orders. If your plant requires supplier onboarding, we'll send the paperwork.
