Who is responsible for your data
TS Contratistas, S.A. de C.V. ("TSC Industrial"), located at Huandoy 12, Montalia, Santa Catarina, N.L. 66188, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or through the form.
What data we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp, call us or fill out the form: your name, phone number, company, plant location, the type of work you need and, if you provide it, your email.
- When you click a WhatsApp or call button on this website: the page you were on, the button, your device type and, if you arrived from a Google ad, that ad's click identifier. The identifier is stored in your browser for up to 90 days; this website does not use third-party advertising cookies.
- While you browse, anonymously: which sections of the page you see and for how long, how far you scroll, which buttons, photos or questions you click, whether you open the form (never what you type), how fast the page loaded and whether there was an error. To recognize your visit if you come back, a random number that does not identify you is stored in your browser; your IP address is not stored.
How we use it
- To contact you, schedule the visit to your plant and send you the quote you requested.
- To follow up on your project and invoice it.
- To learn which ads bring us clients, so we don't spend on the ones that don't.
- To learn which parts of the page are useful and which are not, so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
To measure our ads, we share with Google LLC (Google Ads) the ad's click identifier, the date and, where applicable, the value of the quote. We do not share your name or phone number. If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, owned by Meta, which has its own terms. The providers of our customer management system process your data only on our behalf and for the purposes described here.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent by writing to ventas@tscindustrial.com with your name, the data in question and your request. We will respond within 20 business days.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will publish the update on this page with its new date.
