Building or expanding in Mexico?

Your contractor on the ground in Mexico

Opening a new plant, adding a line, relocating equipment from the US or shipping a machine to a customer in Mexico? We handle the installation on site: to your specs, in English and fully compliant.

01

New plants and expansions

Nearshoring to Monterrey, Saltillo or San Luis Potosí? We build out power distribution, compressed air and process water for your facility and set your equipment in time for start of production.

02

OEMs, machine builders and integrators

We're the local installation crew for equipment builders: we receive, rig, set, anchor and level your machines and hook them up to power and air, ready for your service engineer's startup.

03

06

FAQ

What clients ask before hiring us

Have another question? Message us on WhatsApp

What kind of machinery do you move?

Presses, injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, assembly lines and heavy equipment in general. We offload it, move it into position and leave it anchored and leveled.

How much does machinery rigging cost?

It depends on the machine's weight and dimensions, the equipment required (high-capacity forklifts, cranes, skates) and the path to its final position. We'll assess the move on site at no cost and, in most cases, quote within 24 hours.

Can you offload trucks and containers?

Yes. We offload from tractor-trailers, lowboys and containers, including imported equipment, and move the machine to its spot in the plant.

Do you anchor and level the machine?

Yes. We anchor it and level it with precision machinist's levels, to the tolerance the OEM specifies.

Can you relocate a complete line to another plant?

Yes. We disassemble, load, transport and reassemble production lines, and leave them ready for startup.

Do you also hook the machine up to power and air?

Yes, and that's the advantage of working with TSC: the same team that sets the machine connects it to power and the air system. No need to coordinate three contractors.

Do you work with foreign OEMs and integrators?

Yes. Foreign machine builders and integrators hire us as their local contractor to receive, set and install their equipment in plants across the region.

Can we work with you in English?

Yes. Our project manager and site supervisors speak English and coordinate directly with your engineers and service technicians. Quotes, schedules and progress reports come in English.

Are your crews certified?

Our crews hold STPS DC-3 certifications for work at height and aerial lifts, are enrolled in IMSS (Mexican Social Security) and work under each plant's permits. We're REPSE registered.

Can you work during plant shutdowns or on weekends?

Yes, that's when we move the most machinery: line shutdowns, holidays, weekends, plant vacations and third shift, so your production doesn't stop.

Where do you work?

In Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, the Monterrey metro area and San Luis Potosí. If your plant is elsewhere in Mexico, reach out and we'll talk it through.
